How your information is handled

Public directory. Only approved supplier profiles appear publicly: trading name, description, services, coverage, listings and the business contact details you choose to publish.

Private to your organisation. Account contact details, projects, requests, quotes, bookings and documents are visible only to members of your organisation and to the specific parties you invite or share with.

Quotes. Each quote is visible only to the supplier who wrote it and the client who requested it. Suppliers never see competitor pricing.

Documents. Plant and operator records are stored privately and opened through short-lived, authorised links.
